6.22.0 just continues to say preparing user interface but never finishes- 20 min still the same

ver 6.21.0 just fine

It can be caused by two things:

  • 3rd party plugins you have installed - please remove plugins from "Plugins" subfolder and retry
  • some unindentified runtime conflict on your machine - make sure you have all Windows updates installed and make sure you don't have some DLLs that don't belong to AmiBroker planted in its working directory

I removed all and still get problem so I am reloading last windows10 update

after reload, still a problem, and lock up, need to use process moniter to shut off
