I bought Ami 6.18 at dec 2016, is it include the Amiquote ? because I use the old Amiquote cannot update data anymore ?

AmiBroker and AmiQuote are (and always were) separate products and
AmiQuote license is separate from AmiBroker, unless you buy Ultimate Pack.

AmiQuote license is separate and costs $99 for lifetime license.
