I bought the amibroker license few years ago, and now the license has expired. Few days ago, the amiquote stops working, do I have to buy the license to continue use the new version of amiquota? Or can I get a free update of amiquote?

Thanks

Jonathan

AmiBroker does not stop working by itself. You just installed newer version that you are not entitled to. Free upgrade period ends 2 years after purchase. You can just re-install older version that you had and it will continue to work. Or you can purchase upgrade at http://www.amibroker.com/order.html

As for Yahoo Historical see http://ask.amibroker.org/index.php?qa=1&qa_1=yahoo-historical-stopped-working-in-amiquote

Hi
I just checked the about dialog from the software,

For amobroker license, it says registered version 6.00.2, build data Oct 8, 2015.
For AmiQuote license, it says vesion is 3.12, and registered.

So it seems the license is fine. And I did not update the amibroker or amiQuote for quite a long time. but it suddenly stops  downloading the daily price info from mid of May, so I think the issue is caused by a different reason.

Could you help on this?

Thanks
John
